ABOUT ME

"Hi, I’m David, a Belgian maker and designer based in Ghent. Since founding Ministry of Mass in 2012, my mission has been to translate the complexities of modern living into calm, functional, and tactile spaces.

I graduated from the Product Design Academy in Antwerp in 2010, which deeply influences my approach. I don’t just design 'layouts', I study how energy, material, and people move through a room. Whether it's a minimalist kitchen featuring organic curves or a bespoke interior finished in Mortex, I focus on the 'Mass' - the physical presence of objects - and how they define your home.

My work is for those who value the intersection of raw craftsmanship and refined minimalism."
